Bayern Munich-bound Hoffenheim midfielder Tom Bischof and Nick Woltemade from Stuttgart both received their first senior international call-ups.
In the meantime, Niclas Füllkrug and Marc-André ter Stegen make their return after the return of an injury.
The Nagelsmann team will be confronted with Portugal in the semi -final on 4 June. Spain sees the other semi -final on June 5 in France.
