Over the summer, Bryan Zaragoza returned to La Liga with Osasuna after a difficult first six months at Bayern Munich. He impressed during his first few months at El Sadar, although he is currently sidelined with a serious foot injury.
Zaragoza felt much more at home in Spain, and that is understandable. He recently spoke about the difficulties he faced in Bavaria, but despite all this, he will go there again at the end of the season.
According to Diario AS, Osasuna considers it impossible to extend Zaragoza's stay in Pamplona. As expected, finances are the reason for this as a transfer fee and his wages would be prohibitive.
It means Osasuna can only look forward to Zaragoza for the rest of this season. He is expected to be back from injury within four to six weeks, and if that happens it will be a big boost.
