Predicted Teams Barcelona-Atletico: Hansi Flick selects Lamine Yamal replacement

There is no doubt that the biggest match in La Liga will take place this weekend at the Estadi Olimpic in Montjuic. Barcelona and Atletico Madrid, who are first and second in the standings respectively, will go head-to-head in a mouth-watering event.

The big news for Barcelona is that Lamine Yamal is unavailable due to an ankle injury. As such, Hansi Flick will need a replacement, and Sport say it will be Fermin Lopez who starts on the left, while Raphinha shifts to the right wing – this would be the only change from the standard lineup.

Atleti have won their last eleven games in all competitions, and a twelfth-place finish would see them top La Liga in 2025. Diego Simeone is expected to make just one change from the side that narrowly defeated Getafe last weekend, with Conor Gallagher returning in place of Samuel Lino.

This must be an amazing spectacle. Barcelona have been in poor form recently, having won just once in their last six La Liga games, but they will be able to handle this match. On the other hand, Atletico Madrid is more than capable of continuing this bad run.
