Dutch model Laura Celia Valk has confirmed she is single and not in a relationship with Jude Bellingham, despite previously being 'completely in love' with the England and Real Madrid star.
Many believed the pair were in a relationship together – but it never went public – and their official relationship status now appears to have been confirmed by the model on social media.
Bellingham and Valk previously sparked rumors after a publicity stunt orchestrated by an opportunistic director of Manchester-based clothing company Pretty Little Thing, where Ms Valk is a model.
It was during a previous glamorous lingerie shoot in Madrid that she apparently confided in make-up artists and hairdressers that she and the Real superstar had bonded.
In details believed to have been leaked by the company to a redtop newspaper, 25-year-old Valk is said to be 'completely in love' and having spent time at his home in the Spanish city.
However, she has now given an update on their alleged relationship, stating that she does not have a boyfriend during a Q&A with followers on her Instagram.
The 25-year-old has ended romantic links between the high-profile pair after an Instagram follower asked him: 'Do you have a boyfriend?'.
Valk responded with a short three-word response that left no one in doubt about her relationship status. “No, I don't,” she said.
Her announcement comes after The Mail revealed earlier in June that the mystery surrounding their so-called 'romance' was no mystery at all and that they were not in an official relationship.
Valk was notably absent from England's Euro 2024 tournament in Germany over the summer, where Bellingham played a crucial role as the Three Lions went all the way to the final.
Instead, she shared photos of her travels around France as Bellingham competed in the summer's big international competition for the Three Lions.
The pair have never been photographed together, despite Valk believed to have been present at a number of Real Madrid matches during Bellingham's stellar first season at the club where he won LaLiga and the Champions League.
His stardom has soared in 18 months in Spain, with the midfielder landing huge sponsorship deals with luxury brands Louis Vuitton, Adidas and Skims during his time at the club.
Rumors of him dating Valk have previously been dismissed as a mutually beneficial publicity stunt for the couple.
But details about the 21-year-old's private life have largely remained out of the public eye, as Bellingham spends much of his free time with family and mother, Denise, who supports him in Spain.
Meanwhile, Valk's online presence has grown rapidly since she was linked to a relationship with Bellingham and she now has more than 500,000 followers on the social media platform.
