Joe Rogan has used Daniel Cormier to prove his point that most fighters are super friendly.
In recent years, the legendary UFC commentator has been part of a broadcasting trio with Jon Anik and 'DC', with whom he has clearly built a strong friendship.
Daniel Cormier won the UFC light heavyweight and heavyweight titles before retiring in 2020. He has since been inducted into the UFC the Hall of Fame and launched a successful career as an analyst.
The 6-foot-2, pot-bellied American accomplished all that, despite not making his MMA debut until he was 30 years old and spending the vast majority of his 26 fights against people much bigger than him.

Joe Rogan praises 'sweetheart of a guy' Daniel Cormier
Joe Rogan recently explained the benefits of exercise to Rod Blagojevich on his podcast.
“The kindest people I know are all murderers,” he said.
“Some of my friends who fight in the UFC, if you didn't know who they were and you met them, they're some of the sweetest people.”
The popular podcaster further pointed out that Cormier is one of the most dangerous men in the world while also being one of the nicest people you would ever want to meet.
Rogan added: “Daniel [Cormier] was a light heavyweight champion and heavyweight champion. He was a two-division world champion and dominated a weight class in Strikeforce where he didn't even belong at heavyweight.
“He's about six feet tall. He's not a big guy. He's just such an insane human being. His wrestling was so insane and just his will was so insane. Dominated two different divisions. He was a murderer. The nicest guy you will ever meet in your life.
“If you stayed around him you would never believe he could pick someone up in the room and hit him in the head. You would never believe it. You'd just think he's a sweet guy.
Daniel Cormier questions Conor McGregor vs. Logan Paul
Daniel Cormier may be a nice guy, but that doesn't stop him from sharing his true feelings about the fight game. The 45-year-old had a lot to say about Conor McGregor after revealing his shock plan for 2025 last week.
'Notorious' hasn't fought since breaking his leg in a trilogy fight with Dustin Poirier at UFC 264 in July 2021.
It was hoped he would return to the Octagon next year, but the Irishman recently claimed he will take more time away from MMA to cash in on a lucrative exhibition boxing fight against YouTuber-turned-WWE star Logan Paul.
“Conor McGregor has told us a lot of things over the last three years. None of them have come to fruition. I have to see it to believe it,” Cormier said during an interview with MMA Junkie.
“I think he's going to fight in the Octagon. However, I think he should. For Conor McGregor, he needs to wash off some of the stench of everything that happened outside the Octagon. Where he found his home is in that cage, and I think he'll have to come back there at some point.
