Carlos Corberan has been confirmed as Valencia's new head coach.
Corberan replaces the sacked Ruben Baraja, with Valencia sitting 19th in LaLiga and having won just two games this season.
Valencia reportedly paid West Brom around £3 million to activate a release clause in Corberan's contract.
Corberan has been in charge of The Hawthorns since October 2022 after joining from Huddersfield Town, whom he led to third place in the Championship in the 2021-2022 season.
West Brom finished ninth in the second tier in 2022–23 and fifth the following season, before being knocked out in the play-off semi-finals. As it stands now, they are in seventh place.
Albion have reached an agreement in principle for Carlos Corberán to leave the club and pursue a new opportunity with La Liga side Valencia.
The 41-year-old will return to his home country with our gratitude and best wishes after a two-year tenure at The Hawthorns.

West Brom chairman Shilen Patel wrote of X: “I would like to thank Carlos for all his hard work since arriving at the Albion during one of the most challenging times in the club's modern era.
“I am grateful for his contributions and wish Carlos and his family all the best on his new journey!”
Corberan, who has signed with Valencia until the end of the 2026/27 season, leaves West Brom having won 47 of his 107 games in all competitions (43.93%).
His first match in charge of Valencia will be against Real Madrid on January 3.
