Tuttosport say Juve sporting director Cristiano Giuntoli has been encouraged by United to offload Rashford in January.
Juve can sign the striker for €50 million in cash, although United would also be open to an initial six-month loan for a fee of €3-4 million.
Giuntoli is interested, although both he and coach Thiago Motta are said to prefer United teammate Josh Zirkzee.
Along with Zirkzee, Juve are also looking at Napoli striker Giacomo Raspadori and PSG striker Randal Kolo Muani.
