Andriy Lunin remains open to a move away from Real Madrid in 2025 despite signing a contract extension in September.
Despite returning to his role as deputy to Thibaut Courtois this season, the Ukrainian was convinced to stay as part of a wider squad rebuild.
Lunin played a regular role during Courtois' injury absence last season and remains confident of a future opportunity should Courtois choose to move on.
The Belgian is clearly Real Madrid's number 1, with a contract until 2026, and according to reports from Diario AS, Lunin is open to his next move.
Lunin could request talks with the club this summer to assess the mood on Courtois' expansion plans – and if the latter looks set to stay – he could request a departure.
The contract extension protects an asset for Real Madrid, and they could demand a fee of around €20 million if the 25-year-old pursues a move away in 2025.
