RFEF deny sending report to Barcelona over Dani Olmo and Pau Victor registrations

The information war over Dani Olmo and Pau Victor's Barcelona registrations continues, with conflicting reports on the matter this Monday. The Blaugrana have maintained 'confidence' that both players will be signed at every stage, but so far that has not proven to be enough.

It was reported on Monday that the RFEF had acknowledged in a report to Barcelona that the rules were not appropriate for the cases of Olmo and Victor. Apparently the Catalan giants were planning to use this information in court, with the Federation apparently considering a rule change in the coming months.

Yet Marca has since denied that this is the case. Their information, they say from RFEF sources, is that no such report has been issued, and there is nothing to indicate that the Ministry of Sports (CSD), which Barcelona will call on on Tuesday, will view their case differently from the RFEF or La Liga. They also note that the case is unlikely to be resolved within ten days, meaning Olmo and Victor will miss the Spanish Super Cup in Saudi Arabia at the very least. They do say that the RFEF is investigating changes in regulations and changes in legislation, but in general and not in relation to this case, and that no information has been released subsequently.
