Manchester United legend Paul Scholes has said he cannot think of anything positive that Jim Ratcliffe and INEOS have done at the club since their arrival in 2024.
Ratcliffe-owned INEOS bought a 27.7% stake in the club in December 2023, with the deal going through two months later when he took control of the sporting operations.
United are currently 13th in the Premier League after their 2-2 draw with Liverpool last weekend, although the point came after a run of five defeats in six league matches.
They are also on their second manager in Ratcliffe's tenure, having swapped Erik ten Hag for Ruben Amorim earlier this season.
Off the pitch, INEOS has also been responsible for numerous unpopular decisions, such as increasing matchday ticket prices to £66 mid-season and eliminating concessions, despite having one of their worst campaigns in Premier history League have experienced.
All that led Scholes to suggest they are not having the impact expected when they took over.
Trust the process.

“[INEOS] have been in charge for almost a year now and everything is still negative,” Scholes said in The Overlap Football Fan Debate.
“I can't think of anything positive they have done for the football club.
“It's getting worse and worse on the football pitch, so couldn't they have just said they would offer cheaper tickets? Can't they just give us something positive? How can you ask Manchester United fans to pay more money with what's on the football field is?” football field?
'Where do these owners get the front to raise ticket prices for what we are watching?
“For value we are probably having our worst Premier League season ever and they have the audacity to jack up the prices.
“Nothing positive is happening at that football club. The team looks mediocre. They don't do anything for the fans.
“If we have Jim Ratcliffe, compared to all these American owners, who has been a United fan since he grew up in an area in Manchester, and he is still raising prices… It just shows that they don't care .”
