Jude Bellingham caught ‘humbling’ LaLiga rival who threatened to knock Real Madrid team-mate out ‘in 10 seconds’

JUDE BELLINGHAM was caught “humiliating” a LaLiga rival who threatened Vinicius Jnr.

Real Mallorca defender Pablo Maffeo claimed he would need just 10 seconds to knock out the Brazilian if they were in a boxing match.

The 27-year-old Maffeo was part of the squad when Mallorca took on Real Madrid in the semi-final of the Supercopa de Espana on Thursday evening.

He and Vinicius faced off and clashed throughout the match.

During the match, Bellingham, 21, took the opportunity to humiliate the former Manchester City star.

A video emerged of the England international patting Maffeo on the head.

You could see the Spaniard then try to react as Bellingham walked away.

Fans took to social media at the time, claiming the midfielder had the upper hand over Maffeo.

Real Madrid had emerged victorious in the match at the King Abdullah Sport City ground in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Bellingham opened the scoring in the 63rd minute before Martin Valjent scored an own goal to double Real's lead.

Rodrygo completed the scoring in the 95th minute to send Los Blancos to the final.

They will play Barcelona in the El Classico final on Sunday, while the Catalans beat Athletic Bilbao 2-0 in the other semi-final.

Bellingham suffered an injury during the match when he retired in the closing stages with a muscle problem.

Manager Carlo Ancelotti revealed after the match that the heat affected his players as Federico Valverde was forced off.

He said: “He had an adductor strain, just like Bellingham.

“It was an unexpectedly close match, it was very hot… and it could have affected both of them.”
