The young Polish defender is attracting interest from Serie A, where clubs including Napoli and Juventus are interested.
TMW say Arsenal are receiving a flood of Kiwior inquiries this month.
Kiwior is rated in the €30million bracket by Arsenal but Arteta insists the defender should not be allowed to leave during the January market.
Kiwior's contract runs until 2028.
