Manchester United are in desperate need of signings if they want to save their season.
The Red Devils' goals – or lack thereof – have caused real problems for Ruben Amorim's side all season. They have been linked to a host of stars in recent weeks.
But that requires United to sell before they can buy, and as it stands, that appears to be a real problem. PSR has so far prevented the club from making heavy expenditure.
However, that could all change in the coming days. That said, check out all the latest transfer news and rumours.
But in more positive news, it looks like Man United are closer than ever to their first signing in January. Defender Diego Leon has been strongly linked with a move to Old Trafford.
And he was spotted at an airport before officially completing his transfer. According to reports in Paraguay, the Cerro Porteno defender will fly to England and undergo medical treatment.
Leon cannot officially join United until he turns 18 in April. Amorim's side will reportedly pay around £3 million for the youngster.
Speaking of those who could leave, Marcus Rashford has a major decision to make about his future. The United striker appears ready to leave after admitting he was ready for a new challenge.
Italian side AC Milan emerged as contenders for his signature, but Napoli could pose a problem. According to reports in Italy, Antonio Conte's side are interested in him as a potential replacement for Khvicha Kvaratskhelia.
The Red Devils initially hoped to receive around £70million for his signature, but a loan deal now appears to be his most likely way out. There is still plenty of work to do for Rashford to seal a move away from Old Trafford before February.
One man who could have been called up after Rashford's departure was possibly PSG star Randal Kolo Muani. But a switch is not easy for him either.
Premier League rivals Aston Villa emerged as contenders for his services, with a swap deal involving Jhon Duran. But now there is even more competition from Juventus.
Asked about Kolo Muani and other reported target Ronaldo Araujo, Juventus director Cristiano Giuntoli said: “These are two good players, but the transfer window is only just opening and we hope to get positive news in the coming week.”
