Real Madrid is approaching the final of the Spanish Super Cup with the confidence that the players who ended the semi-finals with minor concerns – Federico Valverde and Jude Bellingham – will be fit for this new Clásico against Barcelona. These positive updates will allow Carlo Ancelotti to stick to his plan to play with the same starting XI as in the match against Mallorca.

The forward trio of Vinícius Jr., Kylian Mbappé and Rodrygo will likely form the 4-3-3 lineup for Los Blancos at the King Abdullah Stadium in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, with kick-off at 2:00 PM ET / 11:00 AM PT.
Ancelotti is also not expected to make any changes in midfield. Eduardo Camavinga will reprise his role as a pivot after his excellent performances in the Copa del Rey and against Mallorca in that position. Valverde, with his energy and threat from long range, and Bellingham, now a complete and dynamic player, will support the attack from midfield.
Luka Modric, who missed the semi-finals due to flu, will be available but is expected to continue his role as first substitute in midfield and bring consistency and class off the bench.
No changes are expected in defense either. Ferland Mendy, often physically vulnerable, will start at left back and will be given the challenging mission of containing Lamine Yamal. Aurélien Tchouaméni will partner Antonio Rüdiger at centre-back after recovering from a head knock in the semi-final. Marco Asensio, one of the standouts in the final phase of the semi-finals, will once again have to wait for his chance from the bench.
