AC Milan came from a goal down to win 2-1 at Como in Serie A on Tuesday after quick second-half goals from Theo Hernandez and Rafael Leao.
Como shocked Milan on the hour when new signing Assane Diao's low shot beat Mike Maignan at his near post.
But Hernandez equalized for Milan in the 71st minute with a close-range volley, before Leao put the visitors ahead five minutes later.
The winger raced on and drilled a fine finish over Como goalkeeper Jean Butez to take all three points.
It is new coach Sergio Conceicao's first league win as Milan boss, building on the side's recent success in the Supercoppa Italiana as they look to move up.
Data Debrief: Conceicao's Comeback Kings
This was the seventh time this season that Milan had met first in Serie A, and they had won none of the previous six, drawing two and losing four.
But Conceicao has already turned the Rossoneri into comeback kings since taking over, sensationally overturning deficits against both Juventus and Inter to win the Supercoppa Italiana.
That same spirit was on display again here as Milan scored with their last two shots and then held on under late pressure.
