Liverpool are top of the Premier League, flying in the Champions League, participating in the FA Cup and still hopeful of reaching the Carabao Cup final.
Arne Slot has done all this while making just one signing this summer: Federico Chiesa. He has just shaken up Jurgen Klopp's pack and turned the Reds into contenders at home and abroad again.
But as January arrives, will the Reds look to strengthen their squad to help them fight on four fronts or will Slot remain in camp as it heads into the final few months of the season?
As always, Liverpool won't spend any money and the feeling is that Slot is happy with his squad and the Reds will only sign players in the coming weeks if someone they are eyeing suddenly becomes available.
They believe that no area needs to be addressed immediately, even when it comes to center back injuries. Mirror Football takes a look at the names linked to the move to Liverpool this month to give you the chance of one of them happening and a look at the chances of any exits.
Martin Zubimendi
There was speculation that Liverpool could return for Zubimendi during this window as the Reds fly and there was a belief that the Spanish midfielder might regret turning down a move for him in the summer.
But the Reds moved on from him when it became clear he did not want to make the move at the time, and now Arsenal have seemingly convinced the Real Sociedad man to move to north London in the summer. That would never happen again after the summer.
Khvicha Kvaratskhelia
This exploded in recent weeks when it became clear that the Napoli winger would be on the move this month. Liverpool – like many other clubs – admires the winger from Georgia, but has not bid for him. PSG seems ready to complete the signing. A major change would now be needed.
Milos Kerkez
One that could perhaps be explored in the summer, but Bournemouth will demand a huge fee for the left-back and there will be competition from Manchester City and United.
Ryan One
The Sheffield United forward was recently linked with Liverpool but is not considered a target at this stage. At just 18 years old, he is a player that a number of clubs are looking at because he has potential but doesn't expect any action from the Reds.
Stefanos Tzimas
The Greek striker has been closely linked in recent days, but there is no interest in the PAOK man.
Antonee Robinson
The Fulham left-back is being monitored by a number of top Premier League clubs, including Manchester United. Liverpool may be looking for a left-back this summer, but they have no plans to sign one this month.
Trent Alexander-Arnold
Real Madrid attempted to sign him this month with an approach from Liverpool that was quickly rejected. The Spanish giants were considering fresh talks with the Reds but have not yet made a call. Liverpool are not interested in a sale and will continue with their attempt to get him to sign a new contract.
Kaide Gordon
Liverpool recalled the young striker from a loan spell at Norwich after he did not get enough first-team action at the Championship club. He made just 10 appearances for the Canaries and the Reds will consider loan offers from other clubs in the second half of the season.
Ben Doak
The Scotland international is enjoying a fruitful loan spell at Middlesbrough this season and is keen to stay there for the rest of the season. But Crystal Palace have already tried with a £15 million bid, which was quickly rejected. Liverpool will not listen to offers under £30 million. If there was another offer at that level, they would have to make a decision.
Tyler Morton
After impressing in the FA Cup third round win over Accrington Stanley, he spoke about having to make a decision. Slot was keen to keep him in the summer to ensure there was sufficient backup after missing Zubimendi. There are no concrete offers yet, but there is real interest.
Jayden Danns
Liverpool are open to making the right loan offers for the teenage striker, but only if they believe it suits his development.
James McConnell
Like Danns, Liverpool will consider the right offers but won't come in just yet. Will get game time in the FA Cup. Blackburn showed interest last summer.
