Carlo Ancelotti sees no problem with the ridicule coming his way from certain sections of Real Madrid's support.
Madrid had to request extra time in the Copa del Rey match at the Santiago Bernabeu on Thursday, after Celta recovered from a 2-0 deficit.
However, Los Blancos regained their composure to win 5–2 and advance to the quarter-finals, with teenager Endrick scoring twice.
The match was Madrid's first since they were beaten 5-2 by 10-man Barcelona in the Supercopa de Espana last week, and Ancelotti suggested the fans' frustration should act as a 'wake-up call' for his team.
He told reporters: “I see it as a wake-up call from the fans for the team and the coach.
“It's an acceptable wake-up call after what happened in the match against Barcelona. The team responded well afterwards.
“The fans booed to wake us up and later, as the team started to complicate a match, we were on track to win 2-0.
But then the fans started pushing and if it pushes Santiago Bernabeu, that's something very special for us.
“It's a good thing we played well in extra time and managed to win the game, so it was all good in the end.”

Ancelotti lamented his side's missed chances to extend their lead in the second half and urged his players to maintain focus in the final minutes of the games.
“At the end the tension drops. We made two mistakes and let our opponents get back into the game. We left it open in a match that was almost over with two goals,” Ancelotti said.
“We gifted our rivals two late goals when the match was almost over. First we made a big mistake putting the ball into play and with the second goal it was the result of a poor defensive position. We had already had more than a played very well this year.” 70 minutes.
“That's clearly something that can't happen. We have to try to train more to avoid these kinds of mistakes and not slow down at the end of the games.”
