Real Madrid return to La Liga this weekend, while the defending champions host Las Palmas on Sunday.
Los Blancos had to add extra time in midweek as they eventually won 5-2 against Celta Vigo in the last 16 of the Copa del Rey to add extra minutes to the tank.
An extended evening against the Galicians in Madrid comes after two Super Cup matches in Saudi Arabia and travel to and from the Middle East.
A packed fixture list shows no immediate signs of easing for Carlo Ancelotti's side, with four games scheduled for the end of January.
La Liga's infamous track record of late start time announcements has been criticized again this season by Ancelotti and that sentiment was echoed by right-back Lucas Vazquez.
“We've talked about it several times. I think we played 80 to 90% of our games at 9 p.m., against Celta it was 9.30 p.m., plus extra time, now we play on Sunday at 4.15 p.m.,” said Relevo.
“There is little time to recover, but that is what we have to do. We have to keep an eye on this, for the good of football and for the players we have to rest, it is very important.”
Real Madrid's final three matches of the month all start at 9pm CET, including the UEFA Champions League matches with RB Salzburg and Stade Brest, who are aiming for the last 16 in February.
