Jiri Prochazka may have a headache after UFC 311 for more than one reason
The former light heavyweight champion traded three rounds with Jamahal Hill on Saturday night at the Intuit Dome in California.
Jiri Prochazka had to overcome some adversity to earn a late knockout victory in his first fight since being put to sleep by Alex Pereira at UFC 303 last June.
After the fight, 'BJP' called out Pereira before going backstage to discuss his UFC 311 win with the media.

Jiri Prochazka plans a post-fight party with 'crazy' friends
Megan Olivi wrapped up her interview with Prochakza by asking him how he celebrates his UFC wins.
The ESPN MMA reporter laughed when she got an answer she didn't expect from the 205-pound fan favorite.
“I brought two damn crazy guys from my village to attend this event,” Prochazka said.
'They're here. Today I'll take them to my hotel, and they'll see something.
“You're invited.”
What exactly Prochazka and his friends were up to in his hotel room remains a mystery.
A clip of the Czech fighter's comments have since gone viral on social media, with fans struggling to understand what he was talking about.
One fan tweeted: “I wonder what kind of night this man had.”
Another said: “Bro what?????
Someone else joked: “He's actually going to wrestle them in the dark for three days straight.”
A fourth person commented: “Lost in translation.”
Alex Pereira is open to fight in the Jiri Prochazka trilogy
Pereira stopped Prochazka to become light heavyweight champion at UFC 295 in November 2023.
A short-notice rematch between the 205-pound duo ended even more convincingly in Pereira's favor.
Still, he remains open to a third fight with Prochazka after dealing with the next threat to his title reign.
'Poatan' will defend his title against streaker Magomedov Ankalaev at UFC 313 in March, on a stacked card headlined by an epic lightweight matchup between Justin Gaethje and Dan Hooker.
“I'm ready to fight anyone,” Pereira said through a translator at UFC 311.
“It doesn't matter who it is. Right now it's Ankalaev's time, I'm going to fight Ankalaev.
“After this fight, if everything goes well, we're going to give Jiri the opportunity.
“That's what he says he wants, he'll get it.”
Dana White also sounded open to the idea of a trilogy fight between the two popular strikers, although he also noted that the promotion will “wait and see” what happens with Pereira versus Ankalaev.
“I don't know, we'll have to see how things turn out with Alex now,” the UFC CEO said at his post-fight press conference.
'I have doubts [that] people don't want to see this fight again, so we'll see how it turns out.”
