MANCHESTER UNITED fans are convinced they have spotted a cut on Ruben Amorim's hand after it emerged yesterday the Red Devils boss launched an angry outburst on Sunday.
Yesterday it was claimed that Amorim damaged a TV screen used for tactics in the Man Utd dressing room during an angry undressing of his players after their 3-1 defeat to Brighton.
The TV is said to have been collateral damage during Amorim's impassioned reaction to United's third defeat in their last six Premier League games.
And fans think they may have spotted an injury suffered by Amorim during his outburst, after noticing a cut on his finger during his post-match press conference.
Supporters on social media pointed out the small scratch on the 39-year-old's hand and claimed it was not present before kick-off.
One fan wrote: “Is that a cut on his finger?”
While another said: “Yes, that's a cut!”
A third commented: “Definitely looks like he punched something.”
And a fourth speculated: “He punched the TV screen because of his anger.”
Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola was left scratched earlier this season after his side gave up a three-goal lead during a frustrating draw against Feyenoord in the Champions League.

Amorim, who is known to have a calm attitude towards post-match reactions, was clearly still reeling from his team's performance after the match.
The Portuguese gaffer called his side the worst Man Utd team in history after the defeat.
He said: “We are perhaps the worst team in the history of Manchester United.
“I know you want headlines, but I say that because we need to recognize that and change that. So there you go, your head.
“In 10 games in the Premier League we have won two, I know that. Imagine this for a Manchester United fan, imagine this for me.”
“You get a new coach who loses more than the previous coach. Imagine that. We must survive this moment. I know that.”
United's home record this season is the club's worst in the league in 131 years.
They have not lost six games in twelve opening matches at Old Trafford since the 1893-94 season, when they lost seven.
After 22 games, Amorim's team is in thirteenth place and is closer to the relegation zone (10 points) than the top four (12).
