Several Serie A clubs are interested in Casadei, with Lazio having already made a bid of £11.5 million, according to Gianluca Di Marzio.
Since joining Chelsea in 2023, Casadei has made just 17 appearances and has been loaned out to Reading and Leicester City.
To fill the gap in the squad, Chelsea are looking to sign Reda Belahyane from Hellas Verona for £12.6 million.
Belahyane has played 20 games in Serie A this season and provided two assists.
