Match report

The side of Antonio Conte also extended their lead at the top of the rankings to six points above Inter, which will be confronted on Sunday opposite Lecce in the Ettore Giardiniero stadio.

Juventus started clearly in the game, with Kenan Yildiz the first to test Alex Meret before Matteo Politano was fired after good work by Frank Anguisissa.

The visitors took the lead two minutes before the break when Randal Kolo Muani, who came on loan earlier this week from Paris Saint-Germain, Volleyed Home on debut.

But Anguisissa recovered parity just before the hour, which stimulated politano's floating delivery in the box with a fine header beyond the understanding of Michele di Gregorio.

The turnaround was completed 12 minutes later after Scott Mctominay was drawn into the penalty area after an awkward challenge from midfielder Manuel Locatelli.

And from the resulting spot kick, Lukaku sent the ball through the middle to seal the victory and to achieve his ninth Series A-goal of the season.

Data debrief: 200 for Lukaku

Over the years, Lukaku has shown his bravery for the goal, with his last strike that brings a milestone moment to the impressive club career of the Belgian.

His sentence against Juventus was his 200th in the top five European competitions. Lukaku has also been involved in at least one goal (including assists) in four consecutive Serie A appearances for the first time since the period between April and June 2023 (seven).

Lukaku also only became the second player in the Serie A history who scored against Juventus, with Inter, Roma and Napoli, after Amedeo Amadei.

Napoli has now won seven games in a row in the Serie A for the first time since the period between January and February 2023 (eight under Luciano Spalletti).
