Napoli will not overpay Manchester United for talented winger Alejandro Garnacho, the club's sporting director Giovanni Manna has warned.
The Argentina international has been linked with a move away from Old Trafford, reportedly attracting interest from Napoli and Chelsea.
Antonio Conte's side have already lost Khvicha Kvaratskhelia to Paris Saint-Germain this month, while Borussia Dortmund's Karim Adeyemi is also among the potential replacements.
Manna acknowledged interest in the pair but insisted Napoli would only submit bids they believe are worthy of “market value”.
“These are two names that are interesting for us. They are players we like, but they are not the only ones,” Manna told DAZN on Saturday before Napoli's 2-1 win over Juventus in Serie A.
“We are trying to evaluate some things and look at the opportunities, but we are certainly not going to pay prices that are outside the market value.”

Kvaratskhelia started PSG's 1-1 draw with Reims on Saturday and registered his first assist by opening Ousmane Dembele's second half.
While Napoli were frustrated by the loss of their star international from Georgia, Manna assured that the Serie A side will reallocate transfer funds to a replacement where possible.
“We made this sale that was unfortunately necessary for what the player wanted and our dynamic,” Manna added. “We will respect our parameters, not only for the transfer fee, but also for the salary.
“We are evaluating a number of situations. It would not be right to give our fans false hope, but we will certainly do what is best to improve the team.”
Garnacho is under contract until 2028 and United are said to have already pushed back one bid from Napoli.
However, tightened financial measures at Old Trafford could give Napoli the opportunity to target the 20-year-old in the remaining days of the January transfer window.
