Ruben Amorim has given Casemiro's Manchester United career the kiss of death after he has revealed that he can no longer handle the Premier League.
The former midfielder of Real Madrid has been associated with a relocation of Old Trafford in the past year. And his future became even more uncertain with the arrival of Amorim. Casemiro, 32, has only made six performances under the Portuguese head coach and he did not play a single minute in each of the last four league matches of United.
And amorim has since revealed that the Brazilian international can no longer meet the physical requirements of the Premier League. He said: “Sometimes it's much of it. It is also the moment of a player. We understand that Casemiro nowadays has other things.
“The intelligence he has, understanding the game, understanding where the ball will fall, but we are in a competition that I can see, even in European competitions, the difference in intensity is great. And so I feel this team Also needs players with a very high intensity.
Amorim added: “Even the fact that the group has a certain characteristic as a group. I needed some players in certain positions with a slightly different pace. But we all know that the quality that Casemiro has and everything he has won. And so I have nothing to say about that. It's just a choice. “
Casemiro now seems to be sure that he removed a switch from Old Trafford in the near future. He has only left for 18 months to the lucrative deal that he signed on his arrival in 2022.
A number of clubs have emerged as potential lovers for his services. Saudi side Al-Nassr are obvious candidates for his signature after a recommendation from the former United star Cristiano Ronaldo.
But it is still to see whether he is a priority because they want to sign a striker – Bayer Leverkusen Voorben Victor Boniface and Jhon Duran van Aston Villa, coupled with large money movements to the middle -east.
Besiktas are reportedly also to Casemiro, with ex-sizing boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer who leads a potential movement. Italian giants Roma are also contenders for Casemiro and reports have suggested that he has given all his approval of a switch to Serie A.
