Algeria International striker Andy Delort (33) has completed his return to Montpellier HSC, has announced the Ligue 1club. Delort has made himself on loan from Mouloudia d'Alger at La Paillade. The 33-year-old loan to Montpellier contains an option to make his return permanent. In three seasons, from 2018 to 2021, Delort led Montpellier's attack when registering 47 goals and 21 assists. Delort wears the no. 7 Jersey for the 17th Montpellier team of Jean-Louis Gasset.
Montpellier was on the market for attacking reinforcements after the departure from Akor Adams to Sevilla and from Arnaud Nordin to Mainz. The wrestling Hérault team went directly to a Ligue 2 -degradation. Their hope to stay up are, however, again emerged after a line of two shock to Monaco and Toulouse. Montpellier will still host Will's RC -Lens on Friday.
