Rodrygo Goes doubles up as Real Madrid add third against Brest

Real Madrid has a tough task to finish in the top 8 in the rankings of the League phase, but they do their bit after 3-0 against Brest in their last match of their first Champions League stage.

It was a fairly even start of the procedure in the Stade du Roudourou, which was postponed because of the smoke before the game. Both teams have had opportunities, but Real Madrid took the Hunne – it was Rodrygo Goes who found the back of the net to continue his excellent recent form.

Minutes later Brest had an equalizer excluded for offside by VAR, Real Madrid doubled their advantage in Guingamp. After an excellent team movement, Lucas Vazquez cut back the ball for Jude Bellingham to easily score up close. Now the third has arrived because Rodrygo scored his second of the evening.

Real Madrid has been decisive in this competition, although it doesn't seem like you are enough for a top 8 -finish.
