Ronaldo left FUMING as Al-Nassr fall six points behind in Saudi PL title race
Cristiano Ronaldo was furious as Al-Nassr fell six points behind in the Saudi Pro League title race.
Ronaldo opened the scoring in Al-Nassr's 2-1 defeat at home to Al-Qadsiah after taking advantage of goalkeeper Koen Casteels' hesitation.
However, Julian Quinones soon equalized for Al-Qadsiah before former Arsenal striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang proved to be the winner shortly after half-time.
Al-Nassr is six points behind leader Al-Hilal, who has played one match less and will play against Al-Khaleej on Saturday.
Ronaldo has not won a league title since the 2019/20 season when he played for Juventus, and it looks like his long wait may continue.
As usual, Ronaldo has made an important contribution for Al-Nassr this season; he has scored seven goals in ten league games so far.
Last season, Al-Nassr finished second in the league table, 14 points behind champions Al-Hilal.
In total, Ronaldo has scored 69 goals in 80 appearances for Al-Nassr since arriving at the club in January 2023.
Al-Nassr are back in action on Monday when they take on Al-Gharafa in the AFC Champions League Elite.
