Ex-Chelsea flop ‘in talks to sign for Gatalatasary’ just six MONTHS after joining AC Milan amid disappointing season

The traveling career of Alvaro Morata could be set to continue on the banks of the Bosphorus with the striker in conversations to become a member of Galatasaray.

The striker has struggled for goals since he came to AC Milan from Atletico Madrid in the summer and scored only six times in 24 games.

Milan would be looking for another striker and the play time of Morata would therefore be limited at the San Siro.

He is a well -known name for the Premier League audience, after having spent two seasons with Chelsea between 2017 and 2019 and scored 24 times in 72 games.

Now the 32-year-old could be set to decamped to Turkey, with Milan and Galatasaray inadanced conversations according to journalist Fabrizio Romano.

The news comes just a few days after it was confirmed that Morata and his wife Alice Campello are back together five months after announcement.

Morata is sometimes mocked by fans because they do not score enough for an elite striker, but there is little doubt about his technical skills, physicality and link-up game.

His all-round game has made him a go-to man for Europe's largest clubs, including Real Madrid, Juventus, Chelsea and Atletico Madrid and they often have him back for a second stint.

He paid for the idea that he was not a goal scorer last season, because he scored 21 goals for Atletico Madrid.

The Spaniard was not that successful at Chelsea, but he still won the Europa League and FA Cup.

In Galatasaray he would collaborate with Foremr Premier League stars Michy Batshuayi, Davinson Sanchez and Lucas Torreira.

Mauro Icardi and Dries Mertens are also in their books, Victor Osimhen is on loan from Napoli, while Wilfried Zaha was temporarily sent to Charlotte FC.

Morata will hope that his new stability outside the field can discover him that he can discover his best form in Turkey as a Galatasaray for a third straight title.

He and the Italian influencer -woman Campello answered rumors that they would give their love affair a second time by posting matching photos they smile and kiss this week.

The glamorous couple, who met each other in 2016 and had four young children, announced last August that they went their own way seven years after making the knot.
