Neymar has announced that he completed a remarkable return to his boys' club Santos from Al-Hilal on Thursday from Al-Hilal in an emotional position on social media.
Neymar left Santos in 2013 for a move to Barcelona, with his striking displays that earned him a reported € 57.1 million move to Laliga.
The Brazilian would form an impressive partnership alongside Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez, with 105 goals in 186 performances in all competitions.
He would win eight major awards, including the Champions League in 2014-15, before he made the switch to Ligue 1 with Paris Saint-Germain in 2017.
His move to the French capital is still a world record for the most expensive player after his reported relocation of € 220 million.
At PSG, Neymar would yield 118 goals and lay on another 77 assists because he claimed 12 large trophies, including five Ligue 1 titles.
A move to the Saudi Pro League with Al-Hilal followed, but the 32-year-old was limited to only seven performances in the Middle East after a series of injuries.
Neymar suffered a cruciate ligament injury and a hamstring crack also limited him to only two performances this season, both of which came to the Asian Champions League.
The Brazilian superstar returns to the Estadio Urbano Caldeira 12 years after the car to Europe and describes the move as “going back in time”.
Santos responded to the post with a message that said: “Your house is waiting for”, and follows it with a video of a throne, with the title “The prince is on the way.”
