Jhon Duran: Aston Villa forward completes £64m move to Saudi Pro League club Al Nassr

Aston Villa Vooruit Jhon Duran has completed a relocation of £ 64 million to Saudi Pro League Club Al Nassr.

The Colombia Striker leaves Villa Park to join Cristiano Ronaldo in the Saudi club with 12 goals in 29 performances this season.

Al Nassr is considered just over £ 64 million (€ 77 million) to pay plus bonuses for the striker, who was signed two years ago for around £ 15 million for around £ 15 million from MLS Side Chicago Fire FC.

Duran's move comes after Arsenal saw an offer rejected for Villa striker Ollie Watkins, which Unai Emery unveiled Friday, is happy to stay in the club this season.

“Yes, he is happy to stay. We asked him how he feels and he is happy here,” Emery said when he was asked about the future of Watkins prior to the match against Wolves, live on Saturday Night Football.

“The dedication of Watkins is really a huge dedication to defend Aston Villa.

“He appreciates how Aston Villa always supported him and helped him. Even when we met two years ago, how we always tried to get the best of him.”

Could Felix, Asensio Duran replace in Villa?

Although the most important points of talks around Villa have been spending in recent days, the club is still working diligently behind the scenes to improve the team that Emery has at its disposal.

Sky Sports News understands that the club stands potential replacements in line for Duran, and Villas president of football activities, Monchi, has confirmed their interest in Chelsea's Joao Felix and Paris Saint-Germain Vooruit Marco Asensio.

The Spaniard told the Spanish television channel Cope on Thursday evening: “They are similar players who like Unai Emery.

“Asensio was tried by Aston Villa before I arrived. Last summer we were close to Joao. Neither are easy because they are not easy in terms of salary and costs.

“If there is a coach in world football that restores players, it is Unai Emery. He has been able to recover talents.

“Joao Felix has talent and it is just a matter of finding the right environment to bring out the best version of itself. Unai works very well on that.”
