Foot Mercato says there are conversations between all parties, with Toure On-Loan in Stuttgart this season from Atalanta.
United, Stuttgart and Atalanta are now discussing a deal for the striker.
Firstly, VFB would activate its purchase option for around € 18 million. Toure is still under contract with Parent Club Atalanta until 2027.
United would then permanently sign the 23-year-old for around € 25 million, plus bonuses. The third step would then be a loan from United to Stuttgart. This would enable Toure to continue his injury restoration and end the season at VFB.
At the same time, United would secure Toure's dedication and not lose him to a rival before the end of the season.
