Martin Odegaard said that Arsenal can hit a different equipment while they want to close the gap for the leaders of the Premier League Liverpool.
Arsenal van Mikel Arteta, who has collected 47 points of 23 games and set them in second place, is in the field of ruling champions Manchester City in the Emirates Stadium on Sunday.
And Captain Odegaard hopeful that his team can take a strong finish of the season by challenging Arne Slot's Reds for the title, after completing two points behind the city last time.
“We are in a good position for the team,” Odegaard told The Mirror.
“But I still have the feeling that we have another gear, another step that we can take, and hopefully we can now touch that top form until the end of the season.
“It was the same last year. We really hit the top shape by the end of the season. Hopefully we can do that again and end with a good run.”
Arsenal is currently unbeaten in 13 Premier League matches (W8 D5) and have won the most points from each side of MD11 (29).
The Gunners have never had a longer undefeated run under Arteta, last 14 without defeat between August and December 2018 under the then Boss Unai Emery.

The 26-year-old Norway International also said that he hopes to contribute more goals for his team in the coming months.
“[Goals have] I have not been good enough this season, “he said.
Odegaard took 15 goals and seven assists during the Premier League season 2022-23, while he had eight goals and 10 assists last campaign.
However, he has only managed one goal and three assists in the competition this term, which was marred by an ankle injury.
“I feel that I have been in enough situations and made a lot for others, but I have not been clinical enough with the finish,” he said.
“So that's something that I really want to get up by the end of the season.”
