Jhon Duran is planning a shuttle service of 600 miles from Bahrain to his new Saudi Pro League club Al-Nassr.
The Colombia striker completed a relocation of £ 70 million from Aston Villa but at the end of last week Al-Nassr told that he wants to live in Bahrain.
Steven Gerrard and Jordan Henderson were both located in Bahrain instead of Saudi when he broke up with Al-Eittifaq last week, who separated with Gerrard.
The Dammam training field of Al-Attifaq is an hour's drive from Bahrain-Al-Nassr is on the outskirts of Riyadh and more than 300 miles away.
A planned flight from Bahrain International Airport to the capital Riyadh takes an hour and 20 minutes, so Duran will have to get used to a debilitating travel schedule.
The 21-year-old decision was partially influenced by confusion about whether he could live with his girlfriend in Saudi Arabia.
Under the Islamic Co-Habitation of unmarried couples, discouraged and private landlords are often required to proof of marriage before they agree to rent out ownership.
In practice, however, the law is not always maintained.

But Duran will be able to pay more than the crazy living work traffic.

The striker, who only signed a new contract with Villa last October, will earn a no less than tax -free annual salary of £ 16.7 million.
That amounts to a stunning £ 1.4 million per month, £ 321,000 per week, £ 46,000 per day and £ 1900 per hour.
The now former Villa striker now also earns £ 31 per minute and 52 pence per second.
He received the No 9 shirt at Al-Nassr, that is the same song he wore for Villa.
Duran came to Villa of MLS Side Chicago Fire in January 2023 for a fee of £ 18 million.
In only October 2024, Duran signed a new deal with Villa, which would hold him in the club until 2030.
He leaves Villa Park and scored 20 goals in 78 performances in front of Unai Emery.
Villa confirmed Duran's departure in a short statement that thanked him for his efforts during his time in the Midlands.
It said: “Aston Villa can confirm that Jhon Durán joined Al-Nassr for an unknown fee.
“The striker is moving to Saudi Arabia and scored 12 goals for Villa, including the winner against Bayern Munich in the Champions League.
“Everyone at Aston Villa would like to wish Jhon the best in the next step of his professional career.”
His exit can free funds for Villa to permanently sign Marcus Rashford in the near future.
The graduated man Utd Academy, who was banned by Ruben Amorim, is said to be about to sign a six -month loan with Emery's side.
Duran was able to make his al-Nassr debut next Friday when they already welcome Feiha at Al-Awwal Park.
His move came as a surprise after he had established himself as the most deadly sub in the Prem this season.
Despite his impressive form, he has found the first team that is difficult to find during the campaign, where Emery often prefers Ollie Watkins, who saw Arsenal rejected an offer for this week, as the only striker in his side.
