Michael Bisping shares honest assessment of ‘one-eyed brother’ Shara Magomedov after UFC Saudi Arabia loss

Michael Bisping has shared his thoughts about the Co-Main event of UFC Saudi Arabia.

The loyalty of the former middleweight champion were somewhat divided when Shara 'Bullet' Magomedov hit Michael 'Venom' on Saturday evening.

He would usually root for colleague -Englishman 'MVP'. Michael Bisping, however, was recently connected to Magomedov about their shared handicap – both men made the top of MMA even though they had only one working eye.

Nevertheless, 'The Count' gave his honest opinion after he had seen Magomedov shoot in his greatest fight so far.

Michael Bisping breaks out UFC Saudi Arabia Co-Headliner

Michael Bisping had nothing but fun things to say about his 'one -eyed brother' on a personal level, but he was brutally honest when he dissected Magomedov's first professional defeat.

The Russian knockout artist struggled to notice everything while he dropped to a 30-27, 30-27, 29-28 unanimous decision loss against Page in the ANB Arena in Riyadh.

“Shara 'Bullet', 15-0, incredible striker, a great person and of course my one-eyed brother,” said Bisping on his YouTube channel.

“I have a lot of respect for this guy, but I have to call it as I see it. 'MVP' was by far the better man tonight. He was the better striker, he was in control, he was dominant and he owns the Octagon.

“What is even more important, he was frustrating Shara 'Bullet'. Shara is really a good striker, he is very aggressive and he has really fast stairs, but he is a bit conventional. That is probably the reason why 'MVP' called him because he has seen that style a thousand times.

“MVP” has seen that style many, many times. But Shara 'Bullet' has not seen that style. And not many people who have that style can deliver it with the precision 'MVP'. “

Shara 'Bullet' Magomedov issues a post-fight statement

A few hours after falling 15-1 as a professional MMA hunter, Magomedov blamed the defeat of a 'nightmare-like health status' in a statement of social media.

The 30-year-old promised to bounce back while he hinted about a fight collection injury that occurred in the camp.

Magomedov endorsed an image of himself: “The pirates sails into the port, but I will return!

“I knew all the risks in intervention with such a nightmare -like health condition and preparation.

“I felt that despite everything I could still win – but it didn't work, and that's it.

“Thanks to the @UFC organization for this opportunity and to all involved. I wanted to set up a show and meet expectations without canceling the fight. Thank you.”
