Middleweight Champion Dric Du Plessis has unveiled its UFC 312 Postfecht party plan
The South African Slugger will risk his belt against Sean Strickland in the Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney, Australia this weekend.
They will make a rematch in the making for more than a year. Du Plessis defeated Strickland by a split decision when they first collided before 185 pounds of gold on UFC 297, which took place in Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, in January 2024.
Now the middleweight duo will fight again while the MMA League of Dana White is under for UFC 312.

Dricus Du Plessis plans to break beer drone record after UFC 312
Aussie Fan Favorite Tai Tuivasa is notorious to drink beer from a shoe after his UFC wins.
Dricus du Pessis is not going that far, but he is ready to let his hair down after being treated with Strickland.
'DDP' has a unique talent away from fighting, and he plans to use it during his afterparty.
“I like a beer. Think it is the best in the world, “Du Plessis told Fox Sports.
'I was the fastest [drinker] Of all my friends, that's why it has become something like my party trick. “
“There may have been situations in which I have already won three times and then lost to the fourth Go to a New Guy that comes in. But so far I have never been beaten in an honest and square [drinking] competition.
Former Australian Prime Minister Bob Hawke defeated a garden of beer – 1.4 liters – in just 11 seconds during his forming years at the University of Oxford.
“Gosh, that's someone I could vote for,” Du Plessis said after learning about Hawke's exploits, which he will try to replicate after his rematch with Strickland.
The UFC star added: “Oh, 100 percent. Absolutely, that's what I go for. “
“So I have to do one and a half liters in what time? Ok, 11 seconds, I give that once. I'm going to try to beat your deceased prime minister. “
Dricus Du Plessis reveals the most difficult part of Fight Camp
Du Plessis became serious during a recent interview with CBS Sports when he revealed the sacrifices he made for his two middleweight title fights with Strickland.
“As a Christian man, last year … I didn't have Christmas. No vacation with the family after having spent the whole year with fighting, “he said.
“The last two weeks of the year are always dedicated to my family during Christmas … Then this year fight in February, you are in the middle of your training camp and you can't really spend that time with family.
“I know there are many hunters who are not a Christian who don't celebrate Christmas, I just thought it would be more logical to let them fight in January or February. That was the only thing I was like 'Ah, I had to do this again doing!'.
“Now everyone also has priorities with families, and everyone had to cancel again with families to train … It requires a lot of your teammates and coaches, and that is the only thing I thought was that there should be some changes in that. “
