Real Madrid will be without Kylian Mbappe and Jude Bellingham for their Copa del Rey quarterfinals against Leganes.
Carlo Ancelotti confirmed that the duo will join Eduardo Camavinga, David Alaba and Antonio Rudiger on the sidelines for Wednesday's game.
Mbappe has reached a form since the turn of the year and was at the end of a rough challenge by Carlos Romero in the loss of Saturday against Espanyol.
Bellingham now has bad bruises.
“Bellingham had a bruise from a knock and will not be available. Vinicius Junior has been given an extra day to recover, but will be available,” Ancelotti told reporters on Tuesday.
“Mbappe trained. He has a bruise on his calf. He normally trained, but he will not be available for the game.”
Madrid, who at the top 49 points of 22 games, a point for second place Atletico Madrid, is set in the coming days for a heavy set of fixtures while Ancelotti tries to navigate through an injury crisis.
Their visit to Leganes will be followed by a competition derby against Atletico at home on Saturday and a trip to Manchester City in the play-offs of the Champions League knockout phase, and Ancelotti confirmed that younger Jacobo Ramon will probably fill in the defense.

“What I have to think about is how to deal with the emergency situation we have. We had it last year. We have to manage it well. We managed it well last year,” added Ancelotti.
“The young players will be able to show their quality. We will rely on Jacobo [Ramon]. “
Although Madrid did not sign players in the winter transfer window, which was closed on Monday, their Champions League rivals City have more than £ 180 million splashed on newcomers.
“I have to think about the match against City with these players they signed,” said Ancelotti.
“They are always competitive. But we currently have other things to think about.”
