Harry Kane’s stance revealed over Bayern Munich release clause

England captain Harry Kane has a release clause in his Bayern Munich contract that one day could free the way for his return to the Premier League.

Kane joined the Bundesliga Club in Tottenham in a deal that could eventually be £ 120 million in the summer of 2023.

But it has now emerged that there is a buy-out determination in the contract of the striker that he can activate.

Indications in Germany claim that the clause could have been activated during the most recent winter transfer window against a fee of £ 67 million, with the price that fell to £ 54 million in January.

Mail Sport understands, however, that Kane is currently very happy in Germany and is not going to activate the clause soon.

Nevertheless, the news about the clause will warn a number of Premier League clubs – as well as other clubs around the world – that may be interested in bringing the productive striker to England as Kane shows some tendency to return to these coasts.

Intriguing enough, when he left Spurs for the Allianz Arena, it is clear that Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy has negotiated the first refusal as part of the agreement with Bayern.

That clause can only be activated in the event that Bayern agrees to sell Kane and the striker that gives the green light to return to Spurs, a club where he is offset after he has become their highest score of all time.

Even then there are no fixed reimbursement in the determination of Tottenham, which means that the club should still negotiate with Bayern about a price before the option is exercised.

However, if a rival club ever activates its Bayern Release clause, Tottenham would have the opportunity to match the offer.

Kane has scored 213 Premier League goals, only 47 behind the record of Alan Shearer.

And Privé Kane – Knowing that the milestone is within reach – would be open one day for the possibility of breaking through the long -term record of Shearer.

For the time being Kane is fully focused on winning his very first career winners medal with Bayern this season.

The side of Vincent Kompany is six points free of the second bayer Leverkusen in the Bundesliga and confronted with Celtic next month for a place in the Champions League Knock-Out stages.

Kane is a vital player for Bayern, with 70 goals in 72 performances for Bayern.

He became the fastest player who achieved 50 Bundesliga goals in November and destroyed the previous record of Erling Haaland, who is now in Manchester City.
