Chelsea ‘start £83m transfer talks’ after Jadon Sancho influence pays dividends

The impact of Jadon Sancho on Chelsea transfer – target white Jamie Gittens has been clear – and the couple could play together again soon.

Sancho, 24, took off at Manchester United last summer in a loan agreement with a mandatory purchase clause of approximately £ 20-25 million, provided that Chelsea ended at least 14th in the Premier League. Since the representatives of Stamford Bridge United have persuaded to let go of the winger, Chelsea has also had serious discussions with the Red Devils about the possible signing of Alejandro Garnacho.

The Argentinian was strongly connected to a move to West Londs during the January transfer window, but no deal was completed. However, the blues are also interested in Gittens, who has been a Breakout star this season for Borussia Dortmund.

The young Englishman is supposed to be appreciated by the Bundesliga Giants about £ 83 million. Interesting is that much of his development may be due to his work with Sancho.

During his loan spell in Signal Iduna Park last year, Sancho worked closely with the 20-year-old. On the demand for the influence that the ex-sizing winger had on his performances, Gittens, who has 11 international caps for the U21s of England, told WAZ: “I learned a lot from Jadon.

“For example, that I have to play with one or two details more often, that I have to offer deeper runs more often. And when he plays, he enjoys himself. I learned that too. Jadon is a friend.”

According to the Daily Mail, the blues have held conversations with Dortmund for Gittens with one eye on the summer transfer window. It also claimed that direct conversations were held with United for Garnacho.

Just like Garnacho, Gittens is able to play on both wings and through the center. The young talent has collected 11 goals and five assists in 30 trips for the German heavyweights.

Although Sancho has been a positive force, his statistics do not fully correspond to those of his former colleague – although he competes in a more challenging competition with two goals and six assists of 21 games in all competitions. The side of Maresca recently jumped back in the top four by overcoming West Ham United with 2-1.

The blues held it up during the transfer window, so that Trevoh Chalobah only brought back and saved the 19-year-old Hotshot Mathis Amougou, which is considered a purchase for the future. Maresca's side saw six players leave the club in January.

Joao Felix was shipped on loan to AC Milan, while Axel Disasi, Renato Veiga, Ben Chilwell and Carney Chukwuemeka were also borrowed to Aston Villa, Juventus, Crystal Palace and Dortmund. Cesare Casadei also left West -Londs to join Torino to a permanent deal.

Despite some voices that suggest that the club should have chased a new striker and keeper, Maresca expressed the satisfaction of the transfer processes. He said: “We have done all the things we need in terms of players we have to leave and players we wanted. We did everything we needed.”

It seems that a different summer ending is being prepared, with gittens that are understood as one of the top goals. However, the guidance of Sancho can be counterproductive when his countryman arrives and surpasses him – a situation that would only be exacerbated if Garnacho is also added to the comparison.
