Few fights let the blood pump like a collision between two colossal heavyweight knockout artists in the UFC.
Although UFC 312 is being investigated for the quality of the competition – probably because of the high tax rate for hunters coming in from abroad – it cannot be denied that fans are guaranteed to have some action on the map.
Aleksandre Topuria, brother of Ilia Topuria, not only makes his UFC debut, but we also have the debut of the graduate of Dana White's Contender Series (DWCS), Tallison Teixeira.

Brazilian giant Tallison Teixeira to make his debut against Justin Tafa on UFC 312 main map
6'7 ″, the 25-year-old Teixeira will debut against Kiwi Banger Justin Tafa in one of the main card functions of UFC 312. It is rare for a debutant to shine on a UFC PPV, let alone a PPV head card, but Teixeira made an impression on the UFC buyer in his DWCS -Outlijk in September 2024.
'Xicao' came against Arthur Lopes in the penultimate fight of the night. He ended the game in more than a minute with a rinse judge that Lopes released from consciousness before he brought him back to reality with some cruel soil and pounds.
On the other hand, Tafa 4-4 (1NC) is in the UFC and is currently driving on a separate streak with one fight. 'Bad Man' was surpassed by Karl Williams in his last outing, but was previously unbeaten in four fights, with a three-fight finishing streak. He is a small gamble underdog against Teixeira.
Huge differences between Tallison Teixeira and Justin Tafa
Despite the possession of a finish percentage of 100 percent in seven victories, Tafa is on the smaller side for UFC heavy weights. Tafa will fight on UFC 312 and loses seven centimeters high and nine centimeters in reach to Teixeira. Interestingly enough, Teixeira's huge 83 ″ wing span is still not the largest in the UFC, with Jon Jones who comes in at number 1 with 84.5 ″, that's seven feet.
