Tatiana Suarez shares grim update on knee injury she suffered at UFC 312

Tatiana Suarez has put it all at stake in her title fight with Zhang Weili, with the American who sustains a terrible injury to her leg.

At UFC 312 in the Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney, Australia, the 34-year-old suffered a unanimous decision in her attempt to win the stream belt.

After the game, Suarez went directly to the hospital to check out.

And now, with different stitches in her leg, she has shared an image that shows the extent of the damage.

In the heat of the fight, 'The Cookie Monster' was willing to give it all to try to achieve her dream to become UFC queen.

In a moment of madness, Tatiana Suarez tried to bring Zhang Weili to the floor and somehow cut her knee against the bottom of the cage, creating a deep cut.

Although she did not apologize, an injury that had had a seriously debilitating effect during the fight.

The warrior will have to climb his way back to the fight if she still wants a shot on the belt.

She has now uploaded a photo of her injury to her Instagram story, with various stitches that close the wound.

In the fight, Tatiana Suarez had a lot of momentum behind him.

After having won ten consecutive fights, including a victory over former world champion, Jessica Andrade, many believed that the wrestler could beat one of the pound-for-pound best.

But although she may not have won, the Ultimate Fighter winner deserved the respect of the MMA community with how she dealt with the defeat.
