Carlo Ancelotti insisted that Jude Bellingham “absolutely nothing” did wrong after his red card in Real Madrid's 1-1 draw with Osasuna.
The midfielder of England was fired in the 39th minute for dirty and insulting language against referee Jose Luis Munuera Montero.
Bellingham had been involved in a long -term argument with the civil servant before he received a straight red card – the second of his career at Madrid.
Ancelotti acknowledged that the 21-year-old used an expletive, but it was determined that it was not aimed at the referee.
“I think with the red card from Bellingham, [the referee] the English did not understand well. I don't think it's something offensive, “said the Madrid boss.
“I think the red card came out because the referee was nervous. Bellingham did nothing today to have been sent away, absolutely nothing.”

Bellingham agreed with the head coach and claimed that there had been a “misunderstanding”.
“It is difficult if a referee is not certain, to determine that I said something I did not do,” he added. “As a result, the team hinders the team.
“I think you can clearly see in the video. I remember the incident very well, it was an expression for myself.
“I don't even point myself to the referee, but there was clearly a misunderstanding. He believed I said [something insulting] it.
“There was no intention of insulting him, there was no insult, and for that reason I think you can see that there was a misunderstanding.”
It was the last referee decision to go against Madrid, who officially complained to Laliga about the standard of the official of earlier this month.
“Strange things have happened in these three games that everyone has seen. I don't feel like adding anymore,” said Ancelotti.
“Everyone saw that the VAR did not go inside to watch playing [Osasuna’s] area, but they did that in ours. There is a problem. Something happened that should not happen. We have to fight and continue. “
