UFC commentary legend Joe Rogan is concerned about the heavyweight division
Dana White has promised to deliver a heavyweight between Jonies and Tom Aspinall, of which he thinks it could be the biggest fight in company history.
However, negotiations have been slow since Jones switched Stipe Miocic to defend his belt at UFC 309 in November.
If for some reason that fighting does not come together, Joe Rogan fears that the heavyweight division could suffer due to the clear lack of talented hunters on the UFC schedule.

Joe Rogan expresses heavyweight concern
Rogan recently streamed his live reaction to UFC 312, where middleweight Drica du Plessis would destroy the nose of Sean Strickland to defend his belt through a crooked unanimous decision in the main event.
Halfway through the main map, the popular podcaster, which has been commenting on the UFC since 1997, shared his thoughts about the heavyweight division.
Rogan burned it 'superficial' and expressed his concern about Jon Jones vs Tom Aspinall, who possibly thorn.
“Man, the heavyweight division is so superficial,” said the 57-year-old.
“I thought I recently, because if they don't make Jones vs Tom Aspinall, what is compelling?
'Unless they take Francis with them [Ngannou] back. Unless the PFL collapses and it is released. “
Ngannou recently claimed that Dana White stands in the way of fighting Jones – but he remains hopeful that the most powerful man of Boxing, Turki Alshikh, can convince the UFC boss to make the matchup.
For the time being he returns to boxing after he was previously confronted against Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua in the Ring.
Two heavyweight prospects arise
A new heavyweight prospect was created shortly after Rogan expressed his worries.
6ft 7 in Ko artist Tallison Teixeira put Justin Tafa in 35 seconds to enjoy a perfect debut at UFC 312.
The MMA icon and his friends immediately started talking about him who fights for two-time title Challenger Ciryl Gane, who is currently the #2-arranged Fighter of the Heavyweight Division.
“That guy just rose to the top of hope,” Rogan kept full.
“I'll tell you something, he's a problem. Let's see what his ground game is because Aspinall is fast as F – and a black belt on the floor. You can't give him Aspinall immediately from Tafa, but this is his introduction.
“What we have now is some new blood. Now we have to get a little more. “
A week later, another heavyweight prospect appeared when Johnny Walker's brother, Valter, recorded his second consecutive Hakhaak victory over UFC Vegas 102, where he celebrated by his older brother or sister.
So, Rogan certainly feels a little better about the state of heavyweight MMA at the moment.
