Referee in Jude Bellingham row reveals death threats

The running row over the La Liga Red Card of Jude Bellingham was rumbled this weekend.

The international of England was fired for the second time in his Real Madrid career in their 1-1 LA Liga trek in Osasuna.

Bellingham was sent just before the break after a flash point with match referee Jose Luis Munuera Montero after a free kick by Osasuna.

The former Borussia Dortmund -midfielder claimed that the issue that had ordered him came to a language barrier.

Carlo Ancelotti supported his number 5 about the issue and claimed that it was a misunderstanding and that Montero made a mistake in his call.

The issue was exacerbated by different interpretations of what Bellingham said with Real Madrid who indicates that his four word expletive can be conceived as 'not f ** with me' in Spanish, which does not seem to be his intention in English.

Bellingham has looked a line under the issue by stating that he will not give any further comments on the issue.

Real Madrid is expected to appeal against his broadcast, and according to the precedent they have a relatively good chance of winning their race – based on a similar matter with former Getafe -Leninglee Mason Greenwood.

Bellingham will learn his fate in the coming days with the potential for at least one ban of one game.

In addition to the focus on Bellingham, however, the wave of criticism of Montero has reached the boiling point with the civil servant who makes a daring move.

According to reports from Mundo Deportivo, the experienced civil servant was forced to disable comments about his Instagram account after receiving nearly 100,000 entries in his last position, including insults and threats against him and his family.

Under those comments there have been threats to kill or injure Montero, where La Liga expected to ask for an investigation to improve the safety of their referees this week.
