Ruben Amorim says he is only worried about the position of Manchester United in the table and not his job after a 1-0 defeat against Tottenham on Sunday.
James Maddison scored the winner in the 13th minute to help trace Spurs in the table, so that Amorim's side was left down in the 15th and had suffered back-to-back defeats.
United has lost eight of their last 12 Premier League matches (W3 D1); Since the first game in this spell (December 4 against Arsenal), the only party that loses more matches in the competition are the current bottom two, Leicester City (nine) and Southampton (10).
In general, United, United, has lost 12 of their 25 top matches (W8 D5), their most defeats in this phase of a competition campaign since 1973-74 (13).
They had opportunities to make it right, with Alejandro Garnacho who led the lead, although he sent a glorious opening over the bar over the bar shortly after Maddison opened the score.
“It was the difference in the game, they scored, and we didn't do that,” Amorim told BBC Match of the Day.
“We had the opportunities. We had situations in transitions, tried to get a result, but in the end they scored and we didn't.
“I am not worried. I understand our fans; and what the media think about it. I hate to lose, that feeling is the worst.
“The rest I don't think about. I am here to help my players. I understand my situation, my work, I have faith in my work and I just want to win games.
“The place in the table is my concern. I am not worried about me.”

United was plagued by injuries in the construction of this competition, with Kobbie Mainoo, Manuel Ugarte, Lisandro Martinez and Amad Diallo, and Amorim was afraid that the latter could be excluded the rest of the season.
It left Victor Lindelof as the only senior player on the couch, where Amorim made only one replacement, who came in the 91st minute.
By replacing Casemiro, Chido Obi-Martin United's third-youngest ever Premier League player (17 years, 79 days), behind Angel Gomes (16Y 263D) and Shola Shoretire (17y 19d).
Asked why he chose not to give the young people a greater chance, Amorim said: “It's the most difficult competition in the world. I try to be careful with them [the youngsters].
“I felt that the team insisted on the goal and I felt that I didn't want to change. But they will play.
“You try to read the game and understand what you see in the training. The team insisted on the goal and I didn't feel the need to change.
“We want to restore the players. I think we can recover some players for the next game. We have to be together to end the season and start again.”
