At Manchester United and Tottenham fans, Arsene Wenger has insisted on scraping themselves in the midst of a turbulent period for both clubs.
The two clubs have endured a scorching time in the Premier League this season.
Both are currently in the bottom half of the table, with Spurs in the 12th as a result of their 1-0 win over United on Sunday.
In the meantime, the Red Devils are struggling in the 15th – only two points above West Ham.
Former Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger was shocked after the game about the state of the two clubs
He even suggested that both had to be rebuilt in full to see every improvement.
Wenger said to Bein Sports: “You won't find much happy fans on both sides.
“If you say it's a very important game, I would say it's not a very important game for the table because they are from everything.
“It is important for pride and to find peace with your fans because both teams cost more than a billion pound.
“Both teams have the same problem: find good players to rebuild their team.
“The whole team must be rebuilt in Tottenham and also at Man United – that will not be easy for both sides.”
Man Utd has collected the highest net spending in the Premier League in the last six years with £ 810 million.
In the meantime, Tottenham has the third highest with £ 576 million.
But despite the astronomical figures, United only won the Carabao Cup and the FA Cup while Spurs Trophy remains.
