Conor Gallagher appeared a popular song by Ed Sheeran in a new project by his side Atletico Madrid, in collaboration with the Mahou Cinco Estrellas brewery.

The star of England participated in the initiative after the appearance of various stars of the Spanish giants, such as Rodrigo Riquelme, as well as Gio Garbelini and Andrea Medina from the ladies team.

Although it is unclear whether Gallagher is a fan of Sheeran's music, the 25-year-old seemed to enjoy the stage with fellow artists and sing the 'form of you'.

The content series was initiated by Atletico, who wanted to bring new musical talents to the venues, while the performance of their players would encourage others to register.

Aspiring -musicians can submit a video via the club's website to demonstrate their skills.

Both Atlético and Mahou will select the winners and invite them to include a song in their studios.

They will eventually perform at one of the locations in the Riyadh Air Metropolitano.

The former Chelsea star had six months to adapt to his new life, but he still chose to sing an English song, despite his earlier attempts to speak a new language during his Atletico -Presentation in August.
