Controversial featherweight Bryce Mitchell did not last long to recognize the rise of the rising star Jean Silva in UFC Seattle.
Jean Silva expanded his Nu-Vrecht Knock-Out Streak with one blow on the UFC Seattle head card. Silva, just a few minutes in his fight with Melsik Baghdasaryan, landed a huge right hand that Baghdasaryan dropped before he ended the fight with brutal ground and pounds.
Silva is now bound with Alex Pereira and Carlos Prates for second place (4 knockouts) on the Active Knockout Streaks list of the UFC. Colleague Vederweight Steve Garcia still leads the peloton with five consecutive knockout victories.
Silva has solidified herself as a rising star as part of the rising fighting Nerds team. He has now generally won 12 consecutive fights and goes to 4-0 in his UFC promotional term of office.
After another wild finish in UFC Seattle, Silva did not hesitate to call Bryce Mitchell for his next UFC fight.

Bryce Mitchell responds to First Fighter Callout since recent controversies
It wasn't long before Mitchell answered on social media.
“There is only one gentleman. And it's not crazy. U Needa Country A – Whoopin. It will make you humble, “Mitchell posted on X.
A time frame for the UFC return from Mitchell is uncertain from this letter. He has not appeared in the cage since a TKO victory on Kron Gracie on UFC 310 in December.
Mitchell would be a huge step in the competition for Silva if the UFC matchmakers make the fight. UFC CEO Dana White said during the UFC Seattle Post-Fight Press Conference that 'there are probably many people' who want to see the fight play.
Mitchell broke a slip of two losses in three fights with the victory against Gracie at UFC 310. He also defeated the will of Andre Fili and Edson Barboza in his UFC official period after his stint on the ultimate hunter.
