
UFC CEO Dana White would like to release the air from recent discussions about UFC Double Champions.
Featherweight Challenger Diego Lopes broke the news that UFC Double Camps will become a rarity, in which it is explained that the UFC told all willing champions that they should leave their titles if they want to challenge another division.
It was bittersweet news for Vecht fans, who got to know double championships and from the hunters who deserved those places, such as Conor McGregor, Daniel Cormier and Amanda Nunes.
Fortunately, White is here to clarify things.

Speaking with Collective Media after UFC Seattle-Die happened to be former UFC Double-Kamp Henry Cejudo contained-it White asked about Lopes's comments and dealt with what happened.
“If there is a man who thinks he can do it and want to defend both belts and achieved all these great things, I would not have a problem with it,” WHITE noted. “But you're going to be busy.”

As for viable contenders with double camp, White Zhang Weili mentioned as an example of a hunter who deserves the chance. Weili is a double flow champion who has defended her title four times in general.
“Weili Zhang – she has achieved everything you can achieve in her weight distribution,” WHITE noted. “I have no problem with it. The philosophy has not changed; It's just on case. “

At the UFC Seattle Post-Fight Scrum, White also clarified that the decision of Ilia Topuria to leave its featherweight belt was made a choice by the hunter instead of UFC Brass. White announced Topuria that his featherweight title in an update illuminated earlier this month.
Now former featherweight champion Alexander Volkanovski will fight against Diego Lopes for the empty title in the main event of UFC 314 in Miami, Florida, on 12 April.
Topuria has previously admitted that he does not want to reduce the weight and believes that he has achieved enough at featherweight to consider the move. 'El Matador' displayed Volkanovski and Max Holloway in back-to-back title performances to cement themselves as one of the best featherweight hunters in the history of UFC.
Topuria has some hope to fight Islam Makhachev for the lightweight belt, but the Makhachev team makes it difficult for 'El Matador' to sink his hooks in the fight.
