Paddy Pimblett hopes to use his fight with Michael Chandler on UFC 314 as a springboard for even greater opportunities.
'The Baddy' debuted for immediate popularity in the UFC in 2021, so Luigi Vendramini was sent in the first round. After a long Six-Fight UFC-winning series, including dominant victories over veterans Tony Ferguson and King Green, Pimblett finally gets his big break against Chandler in the Co-Main place of UFC 314.
With a victory in Miami, the Liverpool star set his sights on the old rival of Chandler.

Paddy Pimblett interested in combating Conor McGregor after Michael Chandler
Chandler was originally planned for McGregor on UFC 303. The two lightweight stars coached in the ultimate hunting season 31, with a Chandler-McGregor confrontation as the planned final. Consultation of McGregor's Kant and his legal issues outside the cage, however, led to Chandler for almost two years from the sport.
He returned to UFC 309 in November 2024 and lost a rematch to Charles Oliveira. Chandler now keeps active and is opposed to Pimblett. 'The Baddy' wants to take over Chandler as the comeback fight for McGregor.
“Sounds very nice,” Pimblett told the round eight boxing. “Many people have already said this to me:” Beat Chandler, take the McGregor fight. ” It is clear that it is the biggest fight in sport, the biggest fight we have ever seen. “
