Michael Chandler shares the biggest ‘unknown’ of upcoming Paddy Pimblett fight at UFC 314

Michael Chandler believes that there are more questions than answers when it comes to Paddy Pimblett who introduces UFC 314.

UFC Lightweight Stars Michael Chandler and Paddy Pimblett will clash with title conflicts on the line in the UFC 314 Co-Main event.

Chandler and Pimblett, two UFC fan favorites, want to go one step closer to a potential lightweight title shot with an impressive performance at UFC 314. The five-round lightweight competition is expected to be a war with a high octane with two of the division with two of the Division with two of the division with two largest highlight.

Since the signing at the UFC in 2020, Chandler has fought against the 'Who's Who' at 155 pounds. While Pimblett demonstrably will be the easiest matchup of his UFC official period, Chandler UFC 314 is introducing with the experience needed to tackle the big spotlight in Miami.

As far as Pimblett is concerned, this will not only be a huge step for his competition, but also his first booking of five rounds since 2018.

Michael Chandler asks Paddy Pimblett's ability to fight through 'Deep Waters'.

During a recent appearance on the Ariel Helwani show, Chandler said that Pimblett's conditioning will be tested on UFC 314.

“Paddy Pimblett will be tested more than he has all his life,” said Chandler. “I think Paddy is blurred. He faded in the Tony Ferguson fight and in the Jared Gordon fight I just went for 25 minutes with Charles Oliveira … it's deep waters …

'So why not do 25 minutes? If you saw that you are becoming a future champion if you look at you

You have to fight for 25 minutes. I have participated more times in fighting 25 minutes than he has fought. I am used to a 25 -minute fighting camp. “

The most recent booking by Pimblett took place in Cage Warriors 96, a few years before he signed at the UFC. He lost a unanimous decision to Soren Bak for the then CW Lightweight Championship, fading in the later rounds.

In the meantime, Chandler has fought many times in five -round collisions during Stints in Bellator and the UFC. His most recent fight against Charles Oliveira on UFC 309 was a five-round Co-Main event, in which he demonstrably surpassed Oliveira in round 5.

Chandler is used to large spotlights and will try to test the conditioning of Pimblett on UFC 314.

Michael Chandler remains busy as the comeback interviews of Conor McGregor Kraam

Chandler's booking against Pimblett has been his second fight since he ended his many years of waiting time until Conor McGregor returned to the Octagon. He and McGregor had to head the UFC 303 last June before McGregor withdrew due to a toe injury.

McGregor's provisional UFC return time line was later this year, as the most recently updated by UFC CEO Dana White. But McGregor is also in conversation with Logan Paul for a boxing match, a collision in which the UFC matchmakers are closed.

McGregor has two more fights on his current UFC deal. Almost four years since his last fight, it becomes more doubtful that he will fulfill the last two fights on his contract.

In the meantime, Chandler wants to lose back in the profit column after back-to-back to Dustin Poirier and Oliveira. Although they fall on 2-4 in his UFC official period, White and the Matchmakers fans assured that Chandler 'is not going anywhere'.
